Stamping For The Weekend 01.01.10

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

Well thats another year come and gone, and already the naughties are over, what were you best things that you experienced in the naughties, for me it would have to be the birth of my two boys.

So with that in mind i thought i'd share pics of them that were taken this morning, my plan is to photograph them (whilst they are don there own thing) on the first day of every month, better mark the calender so i don't forget lol.

As it is the 1st of January 2010, I thought i'd also share a picture of what it looks like from our front window this morning, all nice and snowy.

Right then down to buisness, it's Friday so that must mean it's Stamping for the Weekend time again, yippee, i really needed this challenge to kick start my crafting, as you can imagine too much to do in December and never enough time, so it's sort of fallen to the way side.

Anyway as it's the first our challenge this week, is New Beginings, you can interpret this anyway you want, new year, new baby, new marriage, new house are just a few suggestions.

I decided to bring in the new year with a new Tilda stamp from the Winter Collection.....

Used to Make this card,

Image - Tilda from Winter Collection
Coloured with - Promarkers
DP- The Big One from Clare Curd
Ribbon - From Stash
Sentiment - Computer generated
Numbers - Cut with Cuttlebug and dies.

We were luckily enough to have been joined by the highly talented Sharon, this forntnight, please op over and look at her blog she has some amazing works of art on their for us to share

We bring in the new year challenge with our ever faithful sponsor Simon Says stamp, and up for grabs in a $25 voucher to spend online, come on girls, great prize to start the year off, looking forward to seeing all your creations.

Good Luck xxxxx
