Sundays with Santa, what better way to spend an hour or two.....

Oh me , can't believe its taken so long to get back to blogging, this year is racing past and I've not posted a card yet, I know, I know, slap my fingers, I have been playing and colouring just not been able to get round to posting until now, so todays Sunday and over on facebook Pops, has set up a page called Sundays with Santa, where every week we will be making a christmas card so that hopefully come November we are all ahead of the game and not running round like headless chickens, so thought that I should join in.. so heres my first christmas card of 2011.....
.

Every week there will be a theme set, well when I saw PINK for my first week of joining in I was like OH NO!!!!!!!!!! of all the things they could have picked PINK, its so not my things at all, but after a bit of head scratching I settled upon Snowflake from Sugar Nellie, unfortunatley this stamp is no longer available but its still a firm favourite for christmas girlie cards.
Used To Make This card
Snowflake - By Sugar Nellie
Coloured with - Promarkers
Cardstock - Stash boxes
Sentiment - Paula Pascal Stamp Set
Background snowflakes stamped in Victorian Velvet Distress Ink, the stamps are from the same Paula Pascal set as the sentiment.
Cuttlebug and snowflake embossing folder, snowflakes have been rubbed over with cut n dry foam and victorian velvet DI.
Snowflake punch from woodware, a couple of bling gems and a sprinkling of snow white flower soft.
Well thats it for today, off to get the iron out and tackle the school uniforms for tomorrow.
Hope you like it, its early to start thinking christmas I know, but decided to not pack my stash away this year, so I can crack on with them ....
Take Care
Hugs
Fiona xx
