Can't believe it, my baby has started school, no tears today from either of us, he strolled off with his teacher(who is fab I have to say), as he did he turned round and waved and shouter bye mum see you in a wee whilie.

oh my god I forgot it was return to school this week in scotland, i need to phone my niece! Your 'baby' looks so cute in his uniform. My 'baby' goes to 'big' school in 2 weeks.

My boys don't start back until September 7th (it's offically September 4th, but they have two inset days!!!!)
Do they have shorter holidays in Scotland then? I wish they did here - 7 weeks off school is far too long, I know both of mine would prefer to be back they love school so much - I'm really lucky in that respect, although it will probably wear off as they get older!!!
